The project comprises the complete renovation of a 1,250 m² floor on Level 10 of the Vanke Headquarters Tower, located in Zhujiang Xincheng, Guangzhou.

The new facility for the Distinct Clinic group accommodates four clinical departments — Pediatrics, General Medicine, Dentistry, and Aesthetic Medicine — organised along a central circulation spine.

Each department is provided with its own dedicated reception, while the main corridor structures movement and connects the different programmes.

The design builds upon the spatial language and healthcare planning principles previously developed for the brand, reinforcing the identity of this rapidly expanding private healthcare network in China.
